Embracing our God-given place in the Church

The comparison game is one of the oldest and most universal human struggles. We scroll through social media, we look around at work, or even in church, and we see people who seem more gifted, more prominent, or more eloquent. It’s so easy for that quiet, nagging voice to whisper, "What do I really have to offer? Does my small contribution even matter?" This isn't a new problem. The ancient church in Corinth was riddled with it, as some felt superior and others felt useless. Paul knew this thinking was a disease in the body, and he gives a powerful, liberating answer.
