🏕️ Camp Shetek: 2026 Registration Guide
Welcome to the 2026 camping season! Please follow the instructions below to ensure your camper’s spot is reserved and your information is processed accurately.

🗓️ Important Dates & Deadlines

• Registration is Now Open: Start your application today!
• Early Registration (Discounted Price): Due by April 15, 2026.
• Note: Some camps fill up quickly; registering sooner is better than waiting.

⚠️ Vital Requirements
To reduce human error and streamline our organization, please adhere to the following:

1. Forms MUST be Typed: Typed forms ensure accuracy for medical and contact information.
2. Email Preferred: Emailing the PDF is much easier to organize than hand delivery.
3. One File Per Camper: If registering multiple children, please send a separate, correctly formatted PDF for each.
4. Complete Information: Registrations with missing or illegible information will be returned, and no spot will be reserved until it is corrected.

🖱️ How to Register (Step-by-Step)

1. Visit the Website: Go to www.campshetek.com (or search "Camp Shetek" in your browser). The website also contains the camp brochure, packing list, and other helpful info.
2. Find the Registration Section: Click the "REGISTER" button on the main page.
3. Select Your Payment Path:
   • If LifePoint Church is helping pay: Click the "REGISTER NOW" button under the section titled "A CHURCH IS HELPING ME PAY."
   • If paying independently: Select the "REGISTER NOW" button under one of the other options. (Note: If you do this, please notify the registrar of the camper’s name and camp attending.)
4. Complete the Form:
   • Use a computer for the best experience.
   • Tab to move through fields; use Mouse or Spacebar to check boxes.
   • Insurance: If covered, policy info is required. The "Name of the Insured" is the primary policyholder (usually a parent).
5. Save and Submit:
   • Save as a PDF. Ensure it retains its properties (all typed info is visible).
   • Email the PDF to the registrar (contact below).

💰 Church Payments & Donations (LifePoint Church)
A Camp Shetek offering will be scheduled on a Sunday before the season begins to help cover registration fees. Donations are accepted through the end of the season.
How to pay for your portion:

• Check: Payable to "LifePoint Church" with "Camper Offering" in the memo line.
• Website: Visit the LifePoint Church website. Select "Give/Giving" and choose the fund "LifePoint Campers Fees."
• Church App: Download the "LifePoint Church (MN)" app (Android/iOS) and follow the website instructions above.

Note: There are several "LifePoint Church" apps. Please verify you are using the correct one by looking for our specific church logo on the home page.

📱 Mobile Users (Phones/Tablets)
The PDF will open on mobile devices but is only fillable if you have a PDF Editor app installed. You will likely need to choose "Send a Copy" when emailing the completed form.
